Mock tracking assessments today and again I did much better in the afternoon than the morning. Luckily tomorrow’s exam doesn’t start until the afternoon. That doesn’t make me confident though!

It’s going to pass forty degress again tomorrow so we’re up at four for a five am study session in the field. These early mornings are leaving me pretty tired and the eles are back in camp tonight so it may be a disrupted night.

As I right this there’s one munching on a tree from the path outside my tent.
