I’m writing this from the shower block as there’s an elephant between here and my tent, he seems to be a little bit miffed. With a bit of luck I’ll have some good photos on the camera trap. He pitched up just when we were sitting down for dinner so we all got to see him browsing next to the kitchen.
After the stress of yesterdays tests we’ve had a very laid back day, we had a very chilled bush walk this morning and then spent the rest of the day catching up on our studies as well as packing for our next camp.
We head off first thing in the morning to Karongwe, really looking forward to the new camp and starting another month of the course but it’s going to be wrench to leave our instructors Margaux and Graham.
Rom, one of the chaps on the course is writing a blog to support the safari app he’s developed – http://blog.rangerrom.com/
