The first two assessment drives of the day were delayed due to the rain. It must have been agony for those guiding waiting for the rain to stop.
It was just like playing cricket back in the UK with the usual rain delays, very similar in fact with breakfast (not lunch in this case) being brought forward and we managed to get out straight after.
With no tests coming up I was able to crack on with my Advanced Rifle Handling work in preparation for the next leg of the course.
The highlight of my day was being signed off as a qualified guide which was very satisfying.
