Rain again this morning so no drive first thing, instead it was more preparation for our game drive assignments. Ben and I are doing ours on Friday.

I’ve got a good idea of the set things I want to stop at and then it’s a case of hoping that loads of animals don’t turn up and spoil things – they’re not in the plan.

I was gutted to miss out on instructor Mark’s master-class when he guided the afternoon game drive. Still I went on a fairly exclusive bush walk, great to get close to nature again.

Hyena all round and in camp early evening which kept me alert when walking down for dinner. Hopefully I got some action on the camera trap which I baited with a couple of dead rats earlier in the day.
